Thai basil recipe (pad kra pao)




Ingredient

- 450g chicken g.(cut into small pieces)
- 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (cut into thin slices)
- 2 table spoons vegetable oil
-  2 teaspoons black sesame
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 7 chili peppers (beaten crunchy and chopped rough)
- pepper



Note: Other vegetables can be added to stir fry, such as carrots, peas, corn, etc.

 How to do it step by step

1. Put the oil in the pan until hot. Then add garlic and stir fry for 5-10 seconds. Put onion and fry for a while until aroma starts to smell. Add the chicken/pork and stir until the chicken/pork is cooked all over.
2. Add the chili and sour sauce to the pan .
3. Season with fish sauce And put the basil leaves in the pan. Turn off the heat and stir until the basil mixed with the chicken meat until it's all over.
4. Put the basil on the plate. Sprinkle with pepper Serve immediately with hot steamed rice. Sometimes you can eat with omelets or eggs fried.
